W4-The sessions
It is the gong vibrations that have the deepest effect (more than sound). These vibrations slow down brainwave activity, allowing you to find your own silence within the sounds.
Each experience is unique, most people feel deeply rested after a session—as if waking up after your best night’s sleep.
A gong bath session lasts one hour / 1 hour 15 minutes when combined with yin yoga.

A gong bath is a form of meditation that uses sound and silence to guide you into a deeply relaxed state.
During a session, you’ll lie down on a mat, wrapped in blankets. As I play the gong, you’ll be immersed in layers of sound.
W4-Tidal Gong and Sound Baths
Inspired by the constant, flowing energy of the Thames tides, sessions are dynamic and creative. You'll be immersed in a vibrant gong soundscape that helps to balance energy, release tension, and open up for deep relaxation and inner joy.
