What to expect?
The session starts welcoming you with a few minutes of breath work or gentle yin yoga to help you settle in.
You’ll then lie down comfortably, while immersed in layers of gong sound and silence. As the body relaxes, brainwaves begin to slow, guiding you into a deeply restorative state between wakefulness and sleep-
At the end of the session, there will be a few minutes of quiet stillness. This time is important to let the body absorb the benefits of the gong bath.
Most people leave a session feeling deeply rested, mentally quieter, and emotionally lighter, but the effects are very individual.
⏱ Sessions last 60–75 minutes
✨ No experience needed — simply come as you are.
How to prepare?
Please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle in before the session begins.
🧘 Bring a yoga mat if you have one. A few spare mats are available — just let me know in advance.
🧺 Bring a blanket to keep warm and comfortable while lying down during the session.
🧥 Wear warm, comfortable layers. One group once arrived in pyjamas and bathrobes — I loved it.
